In SageReport's lighthouse district pilot at a major metropolitan school system, 96 percent of the district's entire school psychology department adopted the platform and continues to use it actively into a second school year.
Industry research shows how unusual that is. A Glimpse K12 analysis of $2 billion in school spending, covering 200,000 software licenses across 275 schools, found that 67 percent of educational software licenses go unused on average, and in some districts as many as 90 percent sit idle (EdWeek Market Brief, 2019). More recent research reported by The 74 puts the figure at more than 65 percent of purchased licenses typically going unused.
Quality is moving with speed, not against it. In pilot surveys, 95 percent of respondents said their reports are more complete and defensible with SageReport.
